Refund policy

Return/replacement of merchandise is accepted for items damaged during shipping only. Due to hygienic reasons used razors, brushes, and soaps are not accepted for return.
If any razor, brushes, stands, or bowls have wear to the finish, break or the hardware comes loose they may be returned to CBW for repair or replacement only. Depending on the amount of the damage a repair fee may be charged. Additionally if deemed unrepairable a full product replacement may be provided at a reduced rate. Bentwood rings may not be returned unless it is for resizing to fit if the wrong size was given at time of order. The ring will only be capable of resizing if it is within 1 size up or down from the size given. Otherwise a new ring will have to be made. If that is the case the price of the replacement ring will be 50% the original. The original payment for the ring made with the wrong size given at time of purchase will not be refunded. If bentwood rings are damaged under normal wear conditions and have only a minor scratch return it, along with an additional prepaid return mailing envelope and CBW will fix it and return it, promptly.Pictures of damage must be sent before return to determine if qualifies as a minor scratch repair of if it will need an extensive refinish. If the wood is cracked, chipped, delaminating or extensively worn and dried out there will be a refinishing fee of $50. If the ring is beyond repair and needing a full replacement The price will be that of the original rings value when purchased.  Prior to mailing, notify us via our contact form so we will look for your package.
